Conquest plots $1 billion scheme for ‘bargain’ Sydney asset

Conquest acquired the Eastlakes Shopping Centre in Sydney’s south-east for $75 million and revealed plans for a $1 billion mixed-use redevelopment. The scheme proposes six residential towers (800 homes) and a re-branded “Queensbridge” retail precinct anchored by a full-line supermarket.Construction is expected to commence shortly, with completion targeted around 2028.
