Conquest's $220M Partnership With Woolworths

Conquest has entered a strategic partnership with Fabcot, the development arm of Woolworths Group, to lead the $220 million mixed-use precinct at 923 Bourke Street, Waterloo. The Bates Smart-designed project will deliver a full-line Woolworths supermarket, 110–120 architecturally designed apartments, premium commercial space, and key-worker housing — with construction set to commence in the second half of 2026. The deal adds a landmark convenience-led development to Conquest's expanding $6 billion portfolio.
